All products are considered to be a final sale.  In the unlikely event, you receive a defective toy, please contact us at hauseofdogsraleigh@gmail.com to arrange for an exchange.

Defective and/or damaged merchandise must be reported to Hause of Dogs within 2 days from receipt of your order and will be promptly replaced or refunded.

Clearance and sale items are always considered a final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
